Attorney Fees

Our attorney fees are competitive within the industry and can vary depending on the facts of your case.  Not all cases are equal.  In 95% of our cases we are able to quote a flat fee which will cover the entire immigration process.  You can contact us by phone or by email to see if we can assist you.

Government Filing Fees

Fiancé(e) Visa

There is an initial application fee of $455 when the case is filed and an additional $100 visa issuance fee when the visa is obtained at the US Consulate.

Marriage Visa

There is an initial application fee of $810 when the case is filed and an additional $100 visa issuance fee when the visa is obtained at the US Consulate.

Green Card

The green card application fee is $1,010 if you entered with a marriage visa and $1,365 if you entered with a fiancé visa or other visa type.

Other Fees

For all applications there is a medical examination fee which generally varies between $100 and $300.
